Our Policy applies to all nonpublic personally identifiable information and all information provided to or obtained by HCN resulting from orders for our products, requests for assistance in locating a HCN Advisor and requests and activities relating to the HCN business opportunity ("nonpublic information"). Examples of nonpublic information are social security/insurance numbers, addresses, account numbers and balances, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. This information will be used for our business purposes only and our Policy will continue to cover information we may collect about you during the course of our relationship as well as after the relationship has ended.

HCN Advisors
This Policy does not apply to the collection, use or disclosure of information by HCN Advisors, who are independent third party contractors of HCN and are not otherwise affiliated with HCN. While we try to ensure that our Advisors properly handle nonpublic personally identifiable information in accordance with applicable law, we are not responsible or liable for the statements, acts or omissions of HCN Advisors.
Safe Harbor
HCN adheres to the privacy principles dictated by the Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce related to Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access and Enforcement. If HCN makes changes to its Privacy Policy, we will post those changes and revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of the Policy.
